If you need a 2009 4-H Horse Eligibility Card, you can find it here.

• Remember, for Wake County youth, the criteria for an EC is completing a 4-H Record Book OR being in your first year of 4-H competition.

• You do NOT need an EC to compete at the Wake 4-H Horse Show, as it is open to anyone!

• You DO need one to compete at District and State 4-H Horse Shows!
